EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code; the deadline for exchanging or returning a purchase or product is up to 7 consecutive days, starting from the day after your order was delivered.

The exchange or return of the product will only occur if it is in the same condition as when it left our stock: the product in its original packaging with the manual and all accessories, without signs of misuse.

For the exchange or return to be processed, the product must be returned to our stock, where it will be analyzed by the responsible team who will carry out a screening. The consumer will then be notified of when they will receive the merchandise back.

For items delivered by the postal service, a postage authorization will be generated for the exchange/return, and for products delivered by carriers, a collection will be requested at the same address where the delivery was made.

We advise that the packaging used to transport the product should be kept for the return; the product must be protected to prevent damage during transport.

The product will be analyzed and, if it does not comply with the rules mentioned above, it will be returned.

The total exchange or return time may vary depending on the region where the product will be collected and delivered, or even the day the item was shipped.

If the product is no longer available in our stock, a credit will be generated for you to make a new purchase.

Refunds are issued as store credit.
DAMAGE & DELIVERY
It is important to check the packaging and the product(s) when you receive your order.
If your order is delivered by a courier, check it with the delivery person at the time of delivery.
This ensures that everything is in order with your purchase. If you or the person receiving the package notices any defects in the packaging or the product at the time of delivery, you can refuse it and make a note on the back of the invoice or delivery receipt explaining what you noticed. Then, contact the Knaytec team within 7 business days. If the defect in the merchandise is not noticed at the time of delivery, the consumer will also have up to 7 business days to request an exchange or return of the merchandise.
